I have never had a fear of going to the dentist office, but after reading this I may now think twice. Sally Myers goes to the dentist for a fairly typical procedure. She goes under anesthesia and when she wakes she will never be the same. "Evil glinted in ... merciless eyes." Shannon's description was so unbelievable that I was actually grossed out a couple times. I love horror books! This one I am sure is gong to be giving me some nightmares to many nights to come. That's when you know its good!!! I can't wait to read more of Shannon's work. You don't want to miss this one if you love horror.
